Mocht er toch onverhoopt een probleem voor doen dan bemiddeld Taxi2Move tussen partijen.Taxi2Move is hier zelf geen partij in, omdat deze alleen bemiddeld tussen de klant die een taxi zoekt en de taxiondernemer die een klant zoekt. Alle taxiondernemers zijn aangesloten bij het landelijke meldpunt Taxiklacht.nl, zodat als de klant en taxiondernemer er samen niet uitkomen, een onafhankelijke commissie zich over de zaak kan buigen.

Voor bedrijven zetten wij ons beste "Taxi" beentje voor. Wij proberen er alles aan te doen dat de door u gegeven opdrachten voor taxivervoer, goed en met de juiste service worden uitgevoerd. Als u specifieke wensen heeft zoals bijvoorbeeld een bedrijfslogo op een ontvangst bordje plaatsen, om uw gasten op te wachten op Schiphol, of een andere luchthaven, of andere zaken, dan staan wij altijd voor u klaar.

Tijdens de boekingsprocedure kunt u dit eenvoudig aangeven in het bestelformulier, inclusief de gegevens waar de factuur naar toe moet worden gezonden.
